Description
A supererb natural Cabernet-Sauvignon from the Highest volcano in Tuscany
When Ugo Fabbri and Sebastian Nasello sit together it’s always party time. The “Bakkanali” word comes from the Roman times and refers to the lunches and feasts where people celebrated life with wine and good food. That’s exactly how the two met, having wine together sitting a a table.
After years of experience in the Brunello wine region they decided to team up. As a young team they are very concerned about the future and rising of temperature. So they decided to look elsewhere and could not find a better, cooler and more unique microenvironment than the Tuscan Volcano “Monte Amiata” (second highest volcano in Italy) a few miles away from the Brunello wine region. Altitude, snow, termic excursion and extremely old soil are just some of the peculiarities of this great sub zone. This is where the dream for Ugo and Sebastian comes true, at 600 meters above sea level.
