The winery was settle in 1950 when Pierluigi Talenti coming from Romagna felled in love with the Rolling hills of Montalcino. Over the past 70 years Talenti’s quality has gained international recognition. Today Talenti with vineyards spread between Sant’Antimo and Sant’Angelo in colle is probably the best representation of a traditional producer from the south. All the operations are still ran by the family and Riccardo Talenti is a big “one man show”. Superb quality for the money.
