San Giacomo di Montalcino

San Giacomo di Montalcino is an authentic, family-run winery deeply rooted in the territory of Montalcino. The estate works exclusively with estate-grown grapes, cultivated with great attention to vine balance and environmental respect.The winemaking philosophy is traditional and uncompromising: spontaneous fermentations, long ageing in large Slavonian oak casks, and an approach that prioritises elegance, drinkability and ageing potential over sheer power.

Brunello di Montalcino 2018

Elegant and finely balanced. Aromas of ripe cherry, pomegranate and Mediterranean herbs. Silky tannins, fresh acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Approachable yet age-worthy.

A benchmark vintage. Intense notes of red and black fruits, violet and sweet spice. Structured, harmonious and energetic, with excellent depth and long-term ageing potential.
